TAG OUT is a new record label and merchandising enterprise from Kris Petersen. Kris is the former label manager of James Murphy's DFA Records, where for nearly six years he oversaw the majority of the day-to-day operations of the label. In addition, He was a critical participant in signing and developing recently acclaimed acts such as Guerilla Toss, Essaie pas and Factory Floor. TAG OUT was launched officially on April 22, 2017 in Montreal, with the release of a limited edition single from SLEAZY (Marie Davidson & Ginger Breaker) at a party headlined by Helena Hauff. 2017 will see, among other surprises, the release of a vinyl EP from SLEAZY, a line of housewares and kitchen accessories, and a fanzine about the 1985 anime Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam.
